- Scott from Gennari to provide more info as requested by the Board on the proposed HVAC system
- Approve 3/19/12 minutes
- Transfer sticker fees for FY13
- Review, compose and sign the annual town meeting warrant (send to town counsel)
- Review proposed alarm bylaws (to replace current one)
- Review FWMH request for warrant article and correspondence sent by Board regarding timeframes requested
- Update on obtaining town credit card, postage meter, etc
- Follow up on town reports still not received – W. Burkhart to speak with Town Clerk
- Follow up on misc bylaws approved at 2011, 2010 & 2009 town meetings and the AG’s response; Linda Thorpe to provide reports/AG approvals to the Board – M. Noe requested the documents again on 1/18/12 with no response
- Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook; Select Board has copy to review and approve if acceptable

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
